Title: Concealed weapons permit

Description: Provide That A Person Who Holds A Valid Out-of-state Permit May Carry A Weapon In This State, To Delete The Provision That Requires Sled To Maintain A List Of States Which Have Weapons Permit Reciprocal Agreements With This State, And Delete The Provision That Requires This State To Honor A Weapons Permit Issued By Another State As Long As The Other State Requires An Applicant For A Permit To Successfully Pass A Criminal Background Check And A Course In Firearm Training Safety.
