Title: Enact the Building Safer Communities for Ohio's Children Act

Description: To enact sections 5164.97, 5180.50, 5180.51, 5180.52, 5180.53, 5180.54, 5180.55, and 5180.56 of the Revised Code to establish the Office of Firearm Violence Prevention within the Department of Children and Youth, to require the Office to administer grant programs aimed at reducing firearm violence, to name this act the "Building Safer Communities for Ohio's Children Act," and to make an appropriation.
