Description: Requires law enforcement officers taking custody of person for involuntary examination to seize firearms & ammunition from that person if certain criteria are met; requires law enforcement officers to request voluntary surrender of person's firearms or ammunition not already seized by law enforcement; requires law enforcement officers to petition court for risk protection order under certain circumstances after taking custody of person for involuntary examination.
