Note: We will only post legislation we feel is negative or positive, those new bills which don't actually effect your rights will not be included but you can always find them on the state legislation page.

1248 would add dangerous weapons to the list of items that may not be restricted during a declared emergency

1272 would exempt firearms made and kept within the state from federal law

3006 is a resolution urging congress and the president to protect the 2nd amendment

1396 would grant civil immunity to ammunition manufacturers

1383 would place limitations on state and local governments from assisting the federal government in enforcing firearm laws

1193 would remove the duty to retreat from self-defense law

1450 would remove 'alcohol offenses' from the list of prohibitions for getting a carry license

1293 is a constitutional carry bill that includes non-residents

1304 would remove the time restrictions for carrying an unloaded handgun

1311 would make it illegal to possess a firearm at schools or school sponsored athletic events. It would also make it illegal to carry in publicly owned buildings or property unless the person has a carry license

1297 would prohibit the possession of firearms at sporting events, schools, churches and publicly owned buildings and property. I does also contain an exception for churches if the person has a license and permission of the church

1498 would expand the ability to defend oneself outside of the home

2344 would prohibit closing down firearm related businesses and shooting ranges during a declared disaster
