HB2140 would allow family members to petition the court to have a person's firearm rights removed by placing them under a mental health injunction

HB2299 would require anyone that is put on probation for a domestic violence conviction to surrender their firearms

SB1347 would let family members file injunctions against another family member declaring they are mentally ill and their firearms should be confiscated

SB1348 would outlaw bump fire stocks, triggers cranks and any other mechanical device that would increase the rate of fire

SCR1015 is a universal background check bill

SB1428 would require all firearms to be stored in a safe or by using a trigger lock
