An incredibly important piece of legislation with be heard tomorrow in Harrisburg. SB5 would once again strengthen preemption of local government regulations on firearms. After the loss of act 192, which was struck down as unconstitutional because of how it was passed, local governments have once again been enacting ordinances that are in violation of state law.

This bill needs to pass once and for all so these local dictators can be shut down. The following legislators are on this committee:

John Blake, James Brewster, Michele Brooks, John Eichelberger, Vincent Hughes, Scott Hutchinson, Wayne Langerholc, Scott Martin, Thomas McGarrigle, Joseph Scarnati, Judy Schwank, and Scott Wagner.

If any of the senators are from your district please call them and tell them to pass this bill out of committee for a full vote.

Time is of the essence as this decision could be made tomorrow morning so let your voice be heard.
