HOUSE SUBSTITUTE FOR
SENATE BILL NO. 848
A bill to make, supplement, adjust, and consolidate
appropriations for various state departments and agencies, the
judicial branch, and the legislative branch for the fiscal years
ending September 30, 2019; to provide for certain conditions on
appropriations; and to provide for the expenditure of the
appropriations.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
PART 1
LINE-ITEM APPROPRIATIONS
Sec. 101. There is appropriated for the various state
departments and agencies, the judicial branch, and the legislative
branch described in this part for the fiscal year ending September
30, 2019 from the funds indicated in this part. The following is a
summary of the appropriations in this part:

state constitution of 1963, total state spending from state sources
under part 1 for fiscal year 2018-2019 is $0.00. State spending
from state sources to be paid to local units of government under
part 1 is $0.00.

authorized under this part and the departments, agencies,
commissions, boards, offices, and programs for which an
