4 No. 2, on page 4, lines 10 through 17, by deleting ""Frontier

5 developer" does not include a person who originally trained a

6 frontier model when an unaffiliated person creates a modified

7 or derivative version of that model. "Frontier developer"

8 includes an unaffiliated person who creates a modified or

9 derivative version of a frontier model if that person meets

10 the requirements of this definition with respect to that

11 modified or derivative version.".
