1 AN ACT concerning safety.

2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 represented in the General Assembly:

4 (30 ILCS 105/5.886 rep.)

5 Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by repealing

6 Section 5.886 as added by Public Act 100-1178.

7 (430 ILCS 68/Act rep.)

8 Section 10. The Firearm Dealer License Certification Act is

9 repealed.

10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon

11 becoming law.
