4 on page 5, by deleting line 24; and

5 on page 5, line 25, by deleting "damages, and"; and

6 on page 6, line 7, by replacing "~~without fee~~" with "without

7 fee"; and

8 on page 6, line 11, after, "omissions,", by inserting "except

9 for willful and wanton misconduct,".
