AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4296 




2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4296 on page 4, 
3lines 3 and 4, by deleting ", forest preserve district,"; and 


4on page 4, by replacing lines 8 through 20 with the following:
5  "(14) Any adventure course or zipline, aquatic center, 
6 campground, equestrian center, nature center grounds, 
7 picnic grove, playground, sledding hill, sledding hill 
8 grounds, and any parking area of any of the aforementioned 
9 under the control of the Cook County Forest Preserve 
10 District, and any public or private gathering or special 
11 event conducted on property that requires the issuance of 
12 a permit by real property under the control of the Cook 
13 County Forest Preserve District.".
