A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE THIRTY-SEVENTH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Mililani, Waipio Gentry, and Waikele, located in the thirty-seventh representative district, encompass the new and expanding area of Central Oahu. Aging and deteriorating school facilities in the district require repair and maintenance to ensure that these facilities meet the educational needs of youth in the community and the community at-large.
SECTION 2. The following sums, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2015-2016:
1. Highlands intermediate school, Oahu
Design and construction to install air conditioning for building G; ground and site improvements; and equipment and appurtenances.
