       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Gaetz and Grall)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 857 and 858
    4  insert:
    5         (f) A signed petition form submitted by an ineligible or
    6  unregistered petition circulator must be invalidated and not
    7  counted toward the number of necessary signatures for placement
    8  on the ballot.

   12         Between lines 128 and 129
   13  insert:
   14         providing that a signed petition form submitted by an
   15         ineligible or unregistered petition circulator must be
   16         invalidated;
