       Senator Jones moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (843850) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 1651
    5  and insert:
    6  eligibility beginning July 1, 2025. Any student, at the time of
    7  the effective date of this act, enrolled at a state university,
    8  Florida College System institution, career center operated by a
    9  school district under s. 1001.44, Florida Statutes, or charter
   10  technical career center who has been granted a fee waiver
   11  pursuant to s. 1009.26(12), Florida Statutes, may continue to
   12  pursue his or her current degree or certificate under such fee
   13  waiver for a maximum of 4 years.
