       Senator Pizzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1152
    4  and insert:
    5  eligibility beginning July 1, 2025. A student in grade 9 in this
    6  state as of the effective date of this act shall remain eligible
    7  for a fee waiver under s. 1009.26(12), Florida Statutes,
    8  notwithstanding the amendments made by this act, for a maximum
    9  of 4 years after the student’s high school graduation.
