       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Powell) recommended the

    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 268 - 273
    4  and insert:
    5         (b)1. Beginning October 1, 2018, the court shall, with the
    6  assistance of the department, prosecutor, and defense counsel,
    7  include the following information in the disposition order or
    8  the judgment and sentence order for all cases eligible for
    9  transfer to adult court under this section, s. 985.556, or s.
