AN ACT INCREASING THE MINIMUM PENALTY FOR ILLEGALLY SELLING OR POSSESSING A FIREARM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to increase the minimum penalties for illegally selling or possessing a firearm.

Statement of Purpose:

To increase the minimum penalties for illegally selling or possessing a firearm.
