An act relating to maintenance of the codes.


LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


SB 1380, as introduced, Committee on Judiciary. Maintenance of the codes.
Existing law directs the Legislative Counsel to advise the Legislature from time to time as to legislation necessary to maintain the codes.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation necessary to maintain the codes.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation necessary to maintain the codes by making nonsubstantive changes to various provisions of law as recommended by the Legislative Counsel.
