AN ACT

 

amending Laws 2011, chapter 157, section 22; relating to workers' compensation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Laws 2011, chapter 157, section 22 is amended to read:

Sec. 22.  Tax on self-insured employers

For the purposes of calculating any tax or assessment to be paid by an authorized self-insured employer, including a workers' compensation pool under title 23, chapter 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, the deviation rate is set at ten per cent for calendar years 2013, 2014 and 2015 through 2020.
