Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 16 of the O.C.G.A., relating to crimes and offenses, so as to revise provisions for the carrying of weapons in judicial courts by weapons carry license holders; to amend Article 3 of Chapter 5 of Title 17 of the O.C.G.A., relating to disposition of property seized; to amend Article 4 of Chapter 2 of Title 38 of the O.C.G.A., relating to active duty powers; to amend Chapter 21 of Title 50 of the O.C.G.A., relating to waiver of sovereign immunity as to actions ex contractu and state tort claims; to amend Article 1 of Chapter 3 of Title 51 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general provisions regarding liability of owners and occupiers of land; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
