HB2399 would expand red flag protection orders

SB604 would create and require a license to purchase a firearm

SB502 would allow for the transfer of firearm to a person who is a certified participant in the Address Confidentiality Program

SB585 would repeal state preemption of firearm laws

HB2543 would require a background check to be completed before a firearm could be transferred

HB2510 would require all firearms to to be locked up when not in use

SB503 would set up carry license reciprocity and prohibit local government from restricting carrying with a license from another state that recognizes an Oregon carry permit

SB554 would allow local governments, colleges and schools to restrict carrying firearms
