This thread will be updated on a regular basis when new bills come in for New Hampshire.

Note: We will only post legislation we feel is negative or positive, those new bills which don't actually effect your rights will not be included but you can always find them on the state legislation page.

HB101 would allow individual school districts to create their own firearm regulations

HB109 would require background check on all commercial sales or transfers of firearms, something that is already required

HB514 would impose a 7 day waiting period on all firearm and ammunition sales

HB564 would make it a crime to carry into a 'safe school zone'

HB687 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB1379 is a universal background check bill

HB1101 would create a 3 day waiting period on firearm sales

HB1349 would create a committee to study firearm incidents with children that had access to a firearm

HB1143 would repeal the limited liability firearm manufacturers currently have in the state

HB1115 would prohibit the discharge of a firearm on just about any public property a city or town chooses

HB1285 would outlaw carry on school property unless a person is dropping off a student and the firearm stays in the car

HB1350 would require a safety lock be included in all commercial firearm sales

HB1608 would ban rifle magazines that hold more than 10 rounds and handgun magazines that hold more than 15

HB1509 would create extreme risk protection orders for people at post secondary schools

HB1374 would repeal current law that allows for the voluntary surrender of firearms and the sale of them by the state
