This thread will be updated on a regular basis when new bills come in for Montana.

HB145 would remove the requirement to notify the sheriff when a person moves to a different county

HB322 would remove the requirement to provide a social security numbers when applying for a concealed carry permit

HB325 would repeal law that allows local governments from regulating concealed carry and would repeal almost all prohibited places

HB357 would repeal law that allows local governments from regulating concealed carry and would repeal almost all prohibited places

HB480 would make it a crime to leave a loaded firearm where a child might access it

HB577 would make people who have a medical marijuana card still eligible to purchase firearms even though federal law still prohibits it
