SB2567 would nullify any federal firearm law that is violation of the 2nd amendment HB735 would make it a crime to fire a firearm near any business that contains flammable or explosive products SB2558 would make it illegal to open carry at parades or demonstrations HB763 would add to self defense laws to protect oneself and their business from looting and rioting HB608 would remove stun guns from the prohibited firearms list HB697 would require a mental evaluation prior to being issued a license to carry HB634 would strengthen preemption of firearm laws SB2568 would prohibit any state agency from assisting in enforcing any federal law that attempts to ban semi-auto firearms, magazines,or requires registration of any firearm or confiscation of any firearm or magazines HB604 would change law regarding issuing licenses to carry making it more difficult to deny someone a license HB319 would allow spouses of active military stationed in the state to apply for a concealed carry license SB2321 would require all ammunition sold in the state to have a serial number |
