This thread will be updated on a regular basis when new bills come in for Mississippi.

HB22 would allow local governments to have firearm buybacks

HB27 would impose a $25 tax on the sale of every firearm

SB2099 would prohibit any public employee from enforcing any new federal firearm laws

HB407 would outlaw bump stocks

HB524 would prohibit employers from banning carrying concealed by employees if they have a permit and a training endorsement

HB568 would restore an non-violent felons rights to firearm possession once they have completed their sentences

HB588 would eliminate the once a year sales tax exemption on firearms and accessories

HB1006 would allow those convicted of non-violent crimes to possess firearms in their homes and vehicles

HB1012 would remove stun guns from the list of prohibited firearms

HB831 would allow concealed carry on college campuses

HB894 would drop concealed carry license fees for anyone 65 or older

HB910 would prohibit the enforcement of federal firearm laws under certain conditions

SB2313 would outlaw open carry at parades, demonstrations or other events that require a permit

SB2416 would make people convicted of certain misdemeanors prohibited persons

SB2568 would require bullets to have serial numbers

SB2638 would prohibit any state agency from cooperating with the federal government in any firearm ban

SB2671 would prohibit any state agency from cooperating with the federal government in any firearm ban

SB2672 would make any federal laws that infringe on the 2nd amendment null and void within the state

SB2674 would make any firearm manufactured and kept in the state exempt from federal laws
