This thread will be updated on a regular basis when new bills come in for Colorado.

Note: We will only post legislation we feel is negative or positive, those new bills which don't actually effect your rights will not be included but you can always find them on the state legislation page.

HB1013 would limit emergency orders that infringe on constitutional rights

HB1098 would allow anyone under an extreme risk protection order that is harmed by not being able to defend themselves with a firearm the ability to sue

SB078 is a lost or stolen firearm bill

HB1106 would require firearms to be locked up

HB1082 would allow a person to buy a gun without going through background check if they have a carry license

HB1038 would allow those with carry permits to carry on school ground

HB1070 would repeal the large capacity magazine ban

HB1185 would prohibit the governor from regulating firearms and ammunition during a declared emergency

HB1298 would give the state unlimited time to review a challenge to a denied background check

SB256 would repeal the states preemption of firearm laws

HB1299 would create an 'Office Of Gun Violence Prevention'

SB271 would increase penalties for many firearm infractions and would change the definition of disorderly conduct to include pointing a weapon or 'simulated' weapon
