SB24 would add 'stand your ground' language to current law pertaining to self-defense

HB1111 would set up concealed carry reciprocity with any other state that recognizes Arkansas carry licenses

SB59 would make all firearms, ammunition and firearm accessories made and kept within the state borders exempt for federal laws and would make an state of local government employee that assists the federal government in enforcing such laws guilty of a class A misdemeanor

HB2059 would recognize carry permits from all state so long as the person is not a Kansas resident ans is at least 21 years old

SB161 would allow public schools to offer hunter safety classes

SB171 would waive the fee for a carry license for active duty military

HB2095 would make anyone subject to a temporary custody order a prohibited person

HB2089 would authorize the attorney general to issue licenses to carry firearm during a state of emergency

HB1390 would invalidate any federal firearm laws that are in violation of the 2nd amendment within the state

HB1435 would make all unconstitutional federal gun laws null and void within the state

SB298 would make all unconstitutional federal gun laws null and void within the state

HB1486 would repeal the right to carry and store a firearm in the parking lot of your employer

SB297 would restore firearm rights for non-violent felons after 10 years

SB192 would make anyone convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence a prohibited person

SB190 would set up the restoration of firearm rights after an expungement of certain convictions

SB169 would prohibit concealed carry in the state capitol

HB1526 removes the duty to retreat before using physical or deadly force

SB357 would repeal section 5-73-127 of law which is a list of places where carrying a firearm is prohibited

SB342 would allow those that have been treated for a mental illness to apply possess firearms and apply for a concealed carry license 5 years after completing treatment

HB1598 would change the meaning of facility in regards to carrying on municipal property

SB417 would give certain felons the ability to possess firearms, such as those convicted of anti-trust laws

HB1663 would temporarily extend expired carry licenses for those effected by COVID-19 emergency

SB467 would allow EMTs to carry firearms without a license

SB573 would allow carrying in public buildings owned or operated by local governments provided the person has a carry license

SJR13 is a resolution proposing a change to the state constitution strengthening the right to keep and bear arms, ammunition and accessories

HB1957 would invalidate new federal firearm laws that are unconstitutional

HB2454 would add to the illegal discharge of a firearm law to incorporate a bullet leaving a persons property or discharging a firearm within 2 miles of a school or school facility when outside the corporate limits
