Starting off:

HB1039 would make it 'a defense from prosecution' to own a firearm manufactured prior to 1968 that has a defaced serial number

HB1095 would make exemptions for handgun licenses for active and honorably discharged military and national guard as long as they have a live fire certificate

SB126 would create a 'second amendment appreciation week' when firearm sales are tax exempt

SB33 would prohibit employers from banning the storage of firearms stored in vehicles by concealed carry permits holders who are employees

SB36 would wave the training requirement for a carry permit for active duty and honorably discharged military and national guard

SB37 would prohibit employers from banning the storage of firearms stored in vehicles by concealed carry permits holders who are employees

New last week:

HB1265 would require a carry license to open carry

HB1269 would waive the training requirements for a carry permit for active duty and honorably discharged military

HB1299 would add additional places where you can't carry and also creates a new law for carrying while intoxicated

New this week:

HB1837 would repeal the prohibition on carry on state capitol property and buildings as long as the person has a carry permit

HB1864 would allow members of the general assembly that have carry permits to carry in the capitol

HB1889 would create new a new offense of carrying a weapon in a prohibited place

New for Arkansas:

HB1899 would create temporary licenses to carry for those under the protection of the court

SB585 is a constitutional carry bill

SB594 would allow those with concealed carry license to carry on public funded college campuses

HB1920 would reduce the cost of concealed carry licenses by licensing street legal all terrain vehicles

HB1985 would lift the prohibition on firearms for anyone convicted of a non-violent felony and 10 years has elapsed since the sentence was completed

HB1994 is a constitutional carry bill

HB2076 would reduce the carry license fee to $50 and would create a lifetime carry license that would cost $150

HB2110 would make it easier for active military and vets to get carry licenses

HB2118 would make businesses that prohibit carrying firearms liable for the safety of customers

HB2119 would make colleges that prohibit carrying firearms liable for the safety of their students and faculty

HB2168 would allow colleges to permit firearms on campus

SB660 would repeal the ban on firearms on school property

SB724 would exempt private colleges from posting no firearm signs on their buildings

SB728 would allow those with concealed carry licenses to carry in state offices, agencies and facilities and the state capitol building

SB743 would allow municipalities to hold a public vote to outlaw open carry in their town

HB1827 would drop concealed carry licenses to $90 and $50 for anyone 65 and over
