HB4005 would require all firearms to be locked up when not in use and would also require any firearm lost or stolen to be reported within 72 hours of discovery

HB4036 would prohibit carrying firearms in airport passenger terminals that have at lease 1 million passenger boardings per year unless the firearm is completely concealed from view

SB1538 would add more places local governments can prohibit carrying firearms in and would allow cities, counties, schools and other agencies to adopt ordinances 'limiting or precluding the use of the affirmative defense

described in ORS 166.370'
2020 Proposed Oregon Legislation
