HB2599 would require all gun owners to report any stolen firearm within 24 hours of discovering the loss but it goes further by making the person civilly liable for damages if the stolen firearm is used in a crime HB2597 is another 'feel good' bill requiring anyone that has firearms and lives with someone that is prohibited to keep them locked up. What they don't tell you is people that live with prohibited persons can not keep their firearms in the home under current law. HB2598 would require all firearms to be locked up when not in use

SB1266 would ban the creation of any 3D printed firearm unless you have a firearm manufacturing 'license' (there's no such thing actually) HB2621 would require background checks on the sale or transfer of all firearms HB2669 would outlaw carrying loaded firearms in a vehicle even if a person has a license to carry HB2700 would require anyone wishing to purchase ammunition to show identification HB2711 would prohibit carrying firearms at polling places HB2717 would allow sheriffs to waive the carry license fee for vets and those over 65 HB2611 would gut out state preemption law by allowing local governemts to prohibit firearms on property they own HB2745 would outlaw 'ghost guns' HB2744 would outlaw 3D printed firearms and firearm parts SB1264 would outlaw carrying loaded firearms in a vehicle even if a person has a license to carry HB2682 would require anyone wanting to purchase ammunition to show a photo id unless they are part of a religious organization that does not allow photos to be taken
