35, after "4.28", by inserting "and by adding Section 4.38"; and


4on page 2, immediately below line 5, by inserting the 
5following:

6 "(5 ILCS 80/4.38 new)
7 Sec. 4.38. Act repealed on January 1, 2028. The following 
8Act is repealed on January 1, 2028:
9 The Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.".
