Description: Retired law-enforcement officers; carrying a concealed handgun; return to work. Clarifies that a retired law-enforcement officer shall surrender his proof of consultation to carry a concealed handgun when he returns to work as a law-enforcement officer. Current law does not specify that his return to work be as a law-enforcement officer.
