Subject: Crimes and Offenses Generally: Concealed Weapons: Handguns

Description: Carrying a concealed handgun; retired conservation officers. Adds conservation officers retired from the Department of Conservation and Recreation to the list of retired persons eligible to carry a concealed handgun without a permit. This bill is identical to SB 1465.
