Title: An Act Concerning Household Access To Firearms By A Person Who Poses A Risk Of Imminent Personal Injury To Himself Or Others.
Description: To enhance public safety by expanding the current mechanism for permitting formal complaints regarding a person who poses a risk of imminent harm when such person possesses a firearm to allow complaints regarding any such person when such person has access to a firearm within such person's household.
