This thread will be updated on a regular basis when new bills come in for Missouri .

HB1242 would outlaw bump stocks and any other device that increases the rate of fire of a firearm

HB1281 would make it illegal to seel, loan or transfer a firearm to anyone on the terrorist watch list of who is part of a terrorist organization

HB1326 would allow anyone that takes firearm safety training to deduct up to $500 of the cost of the classes from their state income tax

HB1340 would create extreme risk protection order and gun seizure warrants very similar to California law

HB1341 is a universal background check bill

HB1342 would make it illegal to sell ammunition or firearm accessories to anyone under 18

HB1382 would allow concealed carry in churches and other places of worship

SB711 would require gun dealers to hold firearms for 24 hours after a  sale

HB1563 would require anyone wishing to buy a firearm to consult with a physician about the dangers of firearms at least 72 hours before the purchase. It would also require gun dealers to go through a ridiculous procedure when selling a firearm

HB1733 would repeal sections of the state's stand your ground laws

HB1760 would create Second Amendment Preservation Act that would limit federal powers within the state

HB1768 would eliminate the criminal penalty for carrying a concealed firearm onto private property that is posted with no firearms signs. If a person is asked to leave and refuses and law enforcement is called they will be given a summons of not more than $100

HB1849 basically duplicates federal law about who cn own a firearm but it also makes anyone under a restraining order prohibited

SB635 would make parents liable if a child has an illegal firearm

HB1936 would drastically change where concealed firearms can be carried, almost completely rewriting current law

HB1865 would prohibit employers (including the state) from stopping employees from storing their firearm in their car in the employers parking lot.

SB875 would require all lost or stolen firearms be reported to authorities within 72 hours

HB2081 would outlaw any device that increases the rate of fire of a semi-automatic firearm and any magazine that can hold more than 20 rounds

HB2082 would require anyone wishing to buy a firearm to first obtain a firearm purchase permit from their local sheriff

HB2281 is a universal background check bill

HB2276 would make everything that makes a person prohibited under federal law state law (double secret probation anyone?)

HB2521 would make public libraries gun free zones

HB2554 is an over the top anti-gun bill that contains almost everything the anti-gun movement wants including licenses to buy guns, and assault weapon ban, universal background checks and more

SB1026 would require anyone wishing to purchase a firearm to get literature about the dangers of firearms 72 hours prior to the purchase. The dealer giving out the literature shall also have video of victim impact statements in a private room for the purchaser to view. Once all this nonsense is done the buyer must sign a form stating they have read and understand it and give that signed form to the dealer they buy the gun from. The dealer must then retain that for along with the other required paperwork.

HB2610 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB2615 would require anyone transporting a rifle in a car to have it unloaded and secured in a case or other compartment

HB2559 would allow local governments to pass laws regarding concealed carry

HB2678 would allow non-residents to apply for carry permits so long as they have required training

SB1101 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB2664 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB2667 would raise the age to buy an 'assault' weapon to 21
