To view proposed Mississippi legislation click here HB135 would allow school boards to adopt policies that would allow certain school employees to carry concealed firearms HB26 would allow EMTs to carry while they work SB2068 would allow 18 year olds to carry concealed if they qualify for an instructor certified concealed carry license HB1937 would allow any concealed carry holder who is injured, suffers bodily injury or death, incurs economic loss or expense or property damage on property owned by a business and posted no firearms to sue the business owner for damages HB406 reduces the fee for a carry permit for anyone 65 and older HB452 would require all businesses that sell ammunition to keep complete transactions records and require a drivers license from the buyer |

HB1083 would allow those with an enhanced concealed to carry just about anywhere on public property HB1086 would prohibit public employers from banning employees that have a concealed carry license and a training endorsement from carrying on their property HB1214 would allow those convicted of a non-violent felony to have a firearm in their home and motor vehicle HB1404 would outlaw bump fire stocks and any other devices that accelerates the fire of a semi-automatic firearm HB1432 would stop public officials from enforcing any federal firearm regulation not passed by congress and signed by the president HB1451 would restore firearm rights to any non-violent felon on completion of their sentence SB2456 would outlaw carrying firearm at parades, protests or any other event that requires a permit SB2730 would allow those with instructor certified carry permits to carry on any school property SB2732 would prohibit state or local governments from assisting the federal government in enforcing new guns laws over assault weapons, magazines sizes, registration of firearms or the seizure of firearms |

SB2889 would add 'any medical facility' to the list of prohibited places unless their permit is instructor certified |
