If you don't know about it yet SB5, the Senate version of 'preemption with teeth' bill passed yesterday with a veto-proof margin of 34-16. The bill now heads to the house where that same veto-proof margin in not a guarantee.

Governor Wolf has already said he will veto the bill if it hits his desk.

Every gun-rights supporter in Pennsylvania needs to contact their house representative and tell them this is a must pass piece of legislation. Please take the time to pick up the phone and call them, then follow up that call with an email.

You can contact your legislators by using our contact your legislator page or by clicking on the link that says 'contact your reps' at the top right of the bill's page on our site.

It is essential this bill gets passed with enough votes to override a veto and to finally tell local governments they can not pass random gun laws that are illegal.
