Open Carry Rally

We are going to meet to remember the fallen and pay our respects. For those men and women have given us the right to live in a free nation. We must remember where we came from and carry the torch of liberty. It's not the second amendment but all amendments that the government fears. We must show peace and resolve in these troubling times to show that we are a nation of men and women who live free lives and not live in fear of a tyrannical government when or whomever is in power. We will have speakers God willing and show your solidarity by open carry your firearm of choice but please be respectful of the grounds you walk on and the people who come observe. We are New Mexican's and our voices need to be heard.

We have permission with the City of Albuquerque to use the New Mexico Veterans Memorial under the Albuquerque Free Expression Ordinance. We need to contact Albuquerque Police Department Emergency Response Team, Tim Espinosa, 505-250-8731 and inform his team that we going to use the Memorial for our event. Eric Werner wants us to be respectful of the location and that flower/rose decor is assigned for each War so be careful of where you step. Any changes in the event needs to be sent to ewerner@cabq.gov

No fees or permit is required for our event. If the time was later in the evening and lights had to be turned on that would be the exception where it goes into organized events where the city would have to be involved to turn on the lights and other services would have to be paid and provided.

This is an approximation of what can happen
